The method includes spacing sides of frame, this frame having each side made from three tubular elements (10, 20, 30). The end parts (11, 12) of each element slide on the median part (13).The picture is then inserted into the frame. The end parts are then pulled inwards by springs whose ends are joined to the outer end of each end part and to the corresponding ends of the median part.Once in position, the telescopic parts are fixed by radial locking screws (11). The end parts of one side are joined to the end parts of the next side by moulded corners (40) with blind holes (41) in which the end parts are fixed by pins (42).
