Releasable plug connection for plaster tooth or jaw segment to plaster model base

The connection consist of a metal, cylindrical plug pin (11) and matching plug socket. In the equalising of borehole or forming tolerances at the plug pin outer periphery and for the pin fastening in the plastic model, the connection has a slightly conical, plastics equalising sleeve (1).On the inner surface of the plastics sleeve are formed wart-like protrusion (2-4). The metal pin has the same dia. over its entire length, with the exception of its ends which may be chamfered. The protrusions are pref. formed on different, spaced ring paths, with height increasing in the direction of the cone taper.
