PURPOSE:To eliminate a repeated positional adjustment by providing an optical base provided with a photodetector, a light transmitting member for holding the photodetector and a fixation means for fixing the light transmitting member to the optical base. CONSTITUTION:In the case of positioning and fixing a photodetector 49, first of all, the photodetector 49 is preliminarily bonded through a bonding agent to a photodetector holder 48 for fixation. Then a photo-curing bonding agent 46, 47 is applied to both ends of one surface side of the transparent members 45, 45. Both sides of the photodetector holder 48 are bonded to the transparent members 45, 45 through the photo-curing bonding agent 47, and then the transparent members 45, 45 are installed into an adjusting fixture (not illustrated), and then the photo-curing bonding agent of the transparent members 45, 45 is placed on an optical base 21 by the adjusting fixture. Thereby, the photo-curing bonding agent 46, 46 which is formed in thin films is intervened between the transparent members 45, 45 and the optical base 21, and the photodetector 49 is smoothly moved relative to the optical base 21 to adjust the position thereof. |
