Several Hall-effect sensors (3) are fitted within or on a casing (2) placed between an armature tube (7) and a coil (1), and are used for detecting the armature position in tubes (7) in valves for gas or fluid. The casing comprises together with electrical connecting units (10) an independent unit which repeatably can be installed and dismantled to and from the armature tube. An independent unit for both manoeuvring and position detection of the armature (4) can be obtained. The unit including the casing and coil is so formed that a repeatable installation and dismantling of the valves can be applied which does not affect the accuracy of the position determn. within a predetermined tolerance. |
