PURPOSE:To provide a dryer for efficiently continuously removing a stench generated from received matters after drying to reduce an uncomfortable feeling in use. CONSTITUTION:A dryer is composed of a drying chamber 8 for receiving and drying received matters 7 like a chopping board, tableware, etc., a air heating device 11 consisting of a heater 9 for supplying hot air into the drying chamber 8 and a main fan motor 10, an exhaust path 12 for exhausting the hot air circulating in the drying chamber 8, a deodorizing device 13 composed of a honey- comb catalyst disposed in the exhaust path 12 for adsorbing a stench generated from the received matters 7 in the drying chamber 8, and for adsorbing, oxidizing and decomposing sulfur compound and nitrogen compound under the room temperature, an auxiliary fan motor 14 for sending the stench generated continuously from the received matters after the completion of drying into the deodorizing device 13 and a controller 15 for controllably turning ON/OFF the heater, main fan motor and auxiliary fan motor. The controller 15 repetitively controllably turns ON/OFF the auxiliary fan motor at a fixed interval after the completion of drying. |
