PURPOSE:To provide a rolled rice cracker preparation apparatus capable of neatly and closely rolling a rice cracker around a core food in a short time. CONSTITUTION:This preparation apparatus for a rolled rice cracker food gives a product composed of rice cracker closely rolled around the outer circumference of a core food 90' following the outer contour of the core. The apparatus is provided with a main mold 1' having a mold cavity 10' of a form nearly same as the form of the product, a pressing device 3 and the right and left bending plates 2a, 2b. A newly baked unhardened rice cracker 91 is positioned on or above the main mold 1' and the food 90' is pressed against the rice cracker at a position corresponding to the center of the mold cavity 10' with the pressing device 3 pressed into the cavity 10' together with the center part of the rice cracker 91 excluding both side parts of the rice cracker. Both side parts of the rice cracker 91 protruding from the cavity 10' is pressed with the right and left bending plates 2a, 2b and folded toward the center line of the cavity 10'. |
