摘要 PURPOSE:To produce the particle-reinforced Al alloy composite material capable of ultraplastic deformation by mixing uniformly AlN particles and Al alloy powder having specified grain size at a specified ratio, sintering under pressure at a specified condition and performing a specified extrusion processing CONSTITUTION:AlN particles are compounded to the 2000, 5000 or 6000 system Al alloy powder having <=44mum grain size so as to be 0.05-0.80vol. content. These are mixed uniformly with a plastic ball in the org. solvent such as ethanol for more than 24hr. The mixed powder is sintered under the pressure of >=50MPa at 450-600 deg.C for >=5min in vacuum. Then the sintered body is subjected to an extrusion processing by >=10 extruding ratio at 450-680 deg.C and the ultraplastic composite is obtained. When the composite is worked to thin plate- like, the composite is inserted between the steel material such as a stainless plate and a pipe, and calendered to >=1mm thickness by 1.0-4.0 degree of distortion at 300-680 deg.C. The composite exhibits 150-500%, total elongation under the tensile test of 0.01-10sec rate of distortion at 450-650 deg.C.
