PURPOSE:To provide an insulating box made by packing a space between an outer box and an inner box with a specified aminoalcohol component-containing rigid polyurethane foam and exhibiting an excellent heat insulation and an excellent adhesion without requirement of use of a regulated fluorocarbon. CONSTITUTION:In an insulating box in which the space between an outer box and an inner box is packed with a rigid polyurethane foam synthesized by reacting a polyol with an isocyanate in the presence of a foaming agent, this urethane foam is synthesized by using one or more kinds of t-aminoalcohols represented by formula I [R1 is a 2 to 24C alkylene, an alicyclic alkylene, a cycloalkylene, an arylene, an aralkylene, (CH2CH2O)p-(CH2CH2)q, (p) is 0 or an integer and (q) is a positive number; R2 is a 1 to 24C alkyl, an aryl or an aralkyl; average polymerization degree (n) is 1 to 50] as the polyol component or by using a t-aminoalcohol of formula II [average polymerization degree (m) is 1 to 50] as the third component. |
