PURPOSE:To enable disposal and recycling of packaging materials to be easily carried out and facilitate packaging work and assembling work even in the case where an object to be packaged is large in size and heavy in weight. CONSTITUTION:The device comprises a cardboard pallet 2 which is made of cardboard as a whole, on which an object 1 to be packaged is placed while its movement toward forward, backward, right and left directions is restricted by fixing members 5, 6, and which is held by beams 10 provided thereunder; a half-open A type box 3 made of corrugated board, which packages the object 1 placed on the cardboard pallet 2 in a covering state; and binding bands 4 with which the half-open A type box 3 and the cardboard pallet 2 are bound together while the object 1 is being packaged in the box. By this method, a cardboard pallet is used as a jig and, while assembling an object to be packaged thereon, packaging work and assembling work can be carried out. Since almost all the packaging materials are made of a single material of cardboard, the handling of disposal of them is facilitated, and they are also easily recycled. |
