PURPOSE:To keep the real time property of telewriting communication and to sufficiently utilize the communication transfer capability corresponding to the communication speed by preliminarily registering the sampling time and the change point distance of optimum coordinate information generation with respect to each communication speed and setting coordinate information generation points in accordance with the communication speed determined between terminals. CONSTITUTION:A coordinate information buffer 17a transfers coordinate information to the device of the other party in a FIFO form (first-in first-out) in the storage order. Sampling times and change point distances of coordinate information generation are registered in a register part 17b in accordance with plural kinds of communication speeds used between devices. The sampling time and the change point distance corresponding to the communication speed are selected and set from sampling times and change point distances registered in the register part 17b. |
