The bicycle (1) has a wheel (6) with an elastic belt (22) round its periphery. A roller (31), mounted freely on a shaft (30), is applied to the belt. The wheel has wings (19) equally distributed round it, which agitate the air, and air holes (17,18) through it. The shaft of the roller is on the end of the lever (29) which is articulated on the support. The other end of the lever is joined to a command rod (33). The wheel has two side plates (15) which each have a peripheral edge which engages in a peripheral groove in the belt. USE - Exercise bicycle with effort modulated by air currents.
