PURPOSE:To prevent a secondary shoe sole from polluting at the time of molding a secondary shoe by making a primary shoe sole molding runner in a tunnel shape run in a bottom mold. CONSTITUTION:A primary shoe sole molding runner 5a is made to run in a tunnel shape in a bottom mold 1 and this is communicated through a primary shoe sole molding gate 6a to a primary shoe sole molding cavity 4a. A secondary shoe sole molding runner 5b is made to run along the matching surface of a bottom mold 1 and a side mold 2 and this is communicated through a secondary sole shoe molding gate 6b in a secondary shoe sole molding cavity 4b and the side part. Consequently, when a first shoe sole (a) is molded, an excessive injection pressure is not added to the matching surface of the bottom mold 1 and the side mold 2 and the first shoe sole molding material is not exuded and a burr is not generated. Thus, when a secondary shoe sole (b) is injected and molded, the secondary shoe sole (b) is not polluted by a burr. |
