摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To provide the soil-improving method for fertilizing and improving the soil of a greening.agricultural and forestry field by rapidly decomposing and utilizing a slightly decomposable fibrous substance or hard protein material with a new strain which has an ability of solubilizing lignin whose solubilization has been difficult and which can vigorously ferment cellulose and protein. CONSTITUTION:A mixed culture product or an organic material-fermentation- decomposing agent containing the mixed culture product as an effective main ingredient is directly applied to the soil of a greening.agricultural and forestry field. The mixed culture product is produced by subjecting a thermophilic cellulose-decomposing bacteria: Clostridium thermocellumbiovar SK522 (FERM P-3459) and Thermus aquaticusbiovar SK542 (FERM P-3382) to a symbiotic mixed culture under a thermophilic environment at >=60 deg.C.</p> |
