PURPOSE:To enable the utilization of beef as a raw meat or a topping for SUSHI (vinegared rice) having high freshness and to expand the span of dietary life by processing beef in the form of fatty beef meat and freezing the processed beef. CONSTITUTION:Beef is cut into thin strips with a chopper and mixed with a proper amount of refined beef tallow powder prepared by purifying beef tallow with heat and freezing the purified tallow. The mixture is kneaded, formed in the form of a thin plate and frozen. |
