METHOD OF PRESERVATION OF FOODS BY EXTRACTS FROM UNRIPED CITRUS

The food preservative is prepared by (a) adding a mixture solution of water and ethylalcohol (mixing ratio 3:7 or 5:5) to unripe orange, (b) extracting with hot water at 85 deg.C and filtering, (c) concentrating into 60%, and (d) adding the mixture of adipic acid, fatty acid monoglyceride or acidic sodium metaphosphate as common preservative.
