The pneumatic conveyor system, to move loose material, has a setting valve (6) linking the supply container (1) and the conveyor tube (7), with an initial connection (12) as a feed from the supply (1) and an outlet delivery connection (13) to the conveyor tube (7). The valve has a further connection (16) for a feed of carrier gas and a setting unit. The setting unit (17) determines the material vol. flow of loose material to the carrier gas vol. flow in the conveyor tube (7) for control at the main conveyor channel (8). USE/ADVANTAGE - The assembly is esp. for the movement of loose plastics materials to a charging station in a dust or powder form, or in loose fragments. The operation ensures that, after a charge has been delivered, the main fed channel is virtually empty and any material stoppages can be cleared easily.
