New food prod. comprises 28% texturised soya, 15% water, 6% carrot, 15% onion, 10% flour of wheat dextrin, 7% integral maize and 4% salt and spices. The food is prepd. by hydrating the soya, scratching and pricking all the ingredients and mixing to a homogeneous paste with adequate texture, then freezing for later packing. |
