Accordingly, since a yoke is positioned at the center of the magnet 2, the magnetic divisions 203 and 204 on both sides of the inclined boundary 202 react upon them equally to the other boundaries, and also a Hall element 4 reacts greatly upon either an N pole or an S pole thereby generating a timing signal.
