At the end of a discharging operation of an accumulator, the latter has an increased internal temperature. To be able to charge it again, it is necessary to wait until it has cooled down. The charging time is thus significantly determined by the cooling time. To reduce the charging time, the invention proposes installing in the accumulator a temperature sensor and switching off the accumulator when a predetermined temperature is reached. It then does not supply power any longer although it is not yet empty. However, it can then be recharged immediately, so there is no longer any cooling time. In spite of the shorter discharging period, the accumulator is thus available over a greater period of time. <IMAGE> |
