The method has an advantage of effectively collecting alarm data and reducing the difference of displaying states. The method includes a transmission time reduction step which reduces time between optic transmission lines in the network, a main station specifying step which specifies the main station to the optic transfer devices, a main station information collecting step which demands or collects the information of all stations, and a main station transferring step which transfers the quthority of main station to the next main station.
