PURPOSE:To improve noise property by forming an earth pattern in the shape of a comb on the first stage, and arranging power patterns between the teeth of the earth pattern on the first stage, and connecting both to respective bonding pads. CONSTITUTION:An earth pattern 4 is made in the shape of a comb, having a common pattern 4b. The earth pattern 4 and power patterns 3 are arranged closely on the first stage 9, with the power patterns between the teeth of the earth patterns, thus both patterns 3 and 4 are counterposed over a long distance. Furthermore, each wire 21 and 22 on power side and earth side are arranged close to each other, and the wire 23 is arranged between each wire 21 and 22 for the power patterns 3 and the earth pattern 4. Hereby, the inductance at the pattern part and the wire part can be reduced, so the noise property of a circuit device can be improved. |
