<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate a thermoplastic resin molded product containing an additive which is easy to be thermally modified as a monolithic particle suitable for recycling. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin foam having an easily thermally modifying additive like Br is pulverized, and the pulverized particle is supplied into a pair of recessed boards 11, 40 which are rotated in opposition to each other while keeping a slit 4. The recessed boards 11, 40 are thermally controlled by supplying a refrigerant into a circulating 2 passage 23 formed around them, and the pulverized particle is discharged in a state wherein it is softened by friction in passing through the slit 4 constructed between a pair of the recessed boards 11, 40 and, however, not melted. In that case, a monolithic thermoplastic resin particle of 0.2 to 1.0g/cc density and at most 20mm mean particle size is obtained by peeling the resin particle off from the slit while the resin particle is being cooled by blowing air against the slit.</p> |
