<p>PURPOSE:To feed a solvent in the constant-flow state with little pressure ripple regardless of the viscosity coefficient of the solvent by setting the number of combinations of check valves arranged on the suction side and discharge side of the solvent to three sets or above basically. CONSTITUTION:A cam shaft 5 and first and second cams 6, 7 are rotated by a pulse motor 1 via a pulley 2, a timing belt 3, and a pulley 4. The first and second plungers 10, 11 of the first and second cylinders 8, 9 are reciprocated. Check valves 12, 13 on the suction side and discharge side are opened or closed, and a solvent is forcefully fed into a pressure sensor 15. The information of the pressure sensor 15 is inputted to a control circuit 17 via a signal processing circuit 16, and a pulse driving circuit 18 is controlled. The number of combinations of the check valves 12, 13 is set to three sets or above. The diameter of a check ball is set within the range of 1.5-5mm. The check valve is integrally constituted of a valve element, a valve seat, and the check ball.</p> |
