<p>PURPOSE:To realize the time counting device which has a small circuit scale, low powder consumption, and a high resolution. CONSTITUTION:A timer 33 counts an inputted clock, and the value at the time is latched in a latch 34 by a counter stop signal. The clock is delayed in a delay element 7-1 by 1/10 to 5/10 periods in the unit of a 1/10 period to generate delays 0 to 4. When the stop signal is inputted, a delay latch circuit 7-2 latched delays 0 to 3 at the time and latches a latch 4 signal, which indicates that the stop signal is located in the first half period or the latter of the clock, based on the counter stop signal and the delay 4. The time fill the stop signal input which is expressed in the unit of 1/10 of one clock, is outputted based on these signals by a decoder 7-3.</p> |
