A silver halide light-sensitive photographic material is disclosed. The photographic material comprises a support and a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer. The blue sensitive emulsion layer comprises a mixture of at least two kinds of silver halide emulsions each comprises silver chloride grains or silver chlorobromide grains containing not less than 90 mol % of silver chloride and are sensitized with a blue-sensitizing dye and have an average grain size of from 0.6 mu m to 0.9 mu m in terms of diameter of spherical grain. The average grain sizes of the two kinds of the emulsions are different from each other in the average grain size by 0.05 mu m or more. The coating amount of the blue-sensitizing dye contained in the blue-sensitive emulsion layer is not more than 7.0 x 10<-><4> g/m<2>.
