摘要

PURPOSE:To automatically discriminate the surface defect of an inspection object by automatically generating the algorithm of surface defect inspection by using a little learning data. CONSTITUTION:The defect of the inspection object is automatically discriminated by picking up the images of the inspection object so that the flaw of an inspection part appears as the brightness and the darkness of images by an image pickup means 10, extracting the statistic information of the brightness and the darkness of the images of the inspection part or information relating to the size of the flaw or the both by a featured value extraction means 14, inputting the information of the images extracted into a neural network 16 and learning the inspected result of an inspector as teacher data.
