An automatic play-repeating method includes the steps of: discriminating whether an automatic play-repeating mode is set or not; discriminating play modes; delaying notations stored in RAMs for n measures to play previously played notations at the same time of the currently played notations; and outputting the sound of an instrument to play the last notation at the same time of the currently played notation, thereby adding various effect sounds.
