PURPOSE:To produce no void in an image during transfer in an image forming device having a contact electrifying means and contact transfer means, to obtain picture images excellent in low temp. fixing property and off set resistance, to hardly contaminate the surface of an electrostatic latent image holding body having an org. photoconductive layer, and to hardly cause filming. CONSTITUTION:This image forming means has a contact electrifying means 2 and contact transfer means 6. The electrostatic latent image holding body 1 having an org. photoconductive layer contains fluororesin particles on the surface. The magnetic toner to develop an electrostatic latent image contains magnetic toner particles containing at least a binder resin and a magnetic material. The binder resin contains >=50 pts.wt. polymer synthesized from vinyl monomers in the presence of an aromatic org. solvent to 100 pts.wt. of the binder resin. The magnetic toner particles contain <=500ppm aromatic org. solvent to the weight of the magnetic toner particles.
