<p>PURPOSE:To make a spring terminal hardly shaky and to restrain a contact defect from being caused by a method wherein an extension part and a turned-up piece part are constituted at a second electrode terminal, the extension part is arranged so as to correspond to a groove and the tip part of the turned-up piece part is fixed to a case made of a resin. CONSTITUTION:A spring terminal 1 is constituted of a ring-shaped part 1a for the spring terminal and of an extension part 1b for the spring terminal, and a narrow-width part 1b-1 and a wide-width part 1b-2 are constituted at the extension part 1b. In addition, a tongue piece (a turned-up piece) 2 is provided by stamping one part of the wide-width part 1b-2 in U-shape and by bending it at the wide-width part 1b-2. A dielectric ceramic 4 is housed in a cylindrical case 5 made of a resin, a rotor 3 is arranged inside the cylindrical case 5, and the spring terminal 1 is arranged in a position in which the narrow- width part 1b-1 corresponds to a groove part 5a in the cylindrical case 5. Then, the tip part of the tongue piece 2 is fixed to the cylindrical case 5.</p> |
