PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture a reinforced hose having a plurality of reinforcing layers and superior pressure resistance without using a core body or a protecting cover of a coating rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:This is a manufacture for a reinforced hose having a plurality of reinforcing layers arranged between an inner rubber layer and an outer rubber layer. An outside reinforcing layer 4 braided on a hollow mandrel 17 is bonded to an inside reinforcing layer 2 inside the reinforcing layer 4 via an adhesive rubber layer 13. At the same time, the composite body including the inner rubber layer 13 is pulled at a faster speed than the braiding speed of the outside reinforcing layer 4. Then, the stretching speed of the composite body is slightly lowered within the range faster than the braiding speed, which is maintained while a green hose 30 including an outer rubber layer 26 is vulcanized. |
