PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an implementation system compact by removing or adding an optical signal by one optical filter arrangement circuit (filter assembly) to eliminate a need of individually providing a filter assembly for removal of the optical signal and that for addition of the optical signal like a conventional example. SOLUTION: Combinations of tubes 25 to which input/output fibers 22 are connected, collimation lenses 26, and filters Fk (k=1 to 4) are arranged so as to face each other with a separation zone between them, thus forming a filter assembly 24. Double-faced mirror 28 is arranged in the separation zone. Assemblies 24 having double-faced mirrors 28 are arranged in parallel and are connected to each other by waveguides. Response wavelengths of filters Fk out of plural wavelengths of the optical signal inputted to each assembly 24 are filtered, and the other wavelengths are reflected. Filtering and reflection are successively performed in assemblies 24 having filters Fk different by response wavelengths in individual stages, When the double-faced mirror 28 is moved to a beam route, propagated wavelength light is reflected and is removed from a receiver 32, and additional light of the same wavelength additionally supplied from an addition port 30 is reflected to the output side and is propagated. |
