<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve data structure of data recorded in a write-once type information storage medium, an information recording and reproducing device, and a management method in which a recording operation time can be shortened, in recording of integrated region use propriety information accompanied by update of disk management information. <P>SOLUTION: This is a data structure of the write-once type information storage medium constituted of user data regions 3-5 and a plurality of disk management operation integration regions 3-1 to 3-4, wherein regions in which the integrated region use propriety information 3-2c/3-3a/3-4a are recorded are arranged in respective disk management operation integration regions 3-2 to 3-4. Thereby, a region in which updated disk management information 3-2a is recorded and a region in which the integrated region use propriety information 3-2c is recorded at the time are made a continuous integrated region.
