<p>PURPOSE:To perform the neutralizing reaction of acid waste gas under optimum temperature conditions by always optimizing the amount of water fed to a reaction chamber where the acid waste gas is neutralized according to the detected temperature of the reaction chamber. CONSTITUTION:The highest one of the temperatures detected by temperature sensors T1, T2, T3 installed in a reaction chamber 1 is made analog input data for PID. An induction motor 5M for operating a feed water pump 5 is operated by the PID output and simultaneously when the highest temperature is rising or falling, the PID output is corrected by each corrected value to operate the induction motor 5M by the corrected PID output.</p> |
