<p>PURPOSE:To provide a power device which can directly utilize a flow such as winds or an ocean current without requiring a large-scale device for changing the flow of a fluid, has vanes usable as power sources at a high rate, and as a whole can efficiently utilize both the force of the fluid to wash objects away and a lift generated by the flow. CONSTITUTION:A looped power transmission line 6 is wound to wheels 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d and a guide 1 is provided along the power transmission line 6 and the wheels 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d are rotatably mounted on the guide 1. A plurality of frames are attached to the power transmission line 6 in such a manner as to be movable along the guide 1, and vanes 7 are mounted on the frames in such a manner as to be rotatable about each of the frames. A vane stopper 15 is mounted on each vane 7 with one end of the vane stopper 15 attached to adjacent frame from the wheel 4a to the wheel 4b.</p> |
