PURPOSE:To efficiently process a terminal of a skin material in a short time and to reduce costs remarkably, by sliding a slide member to catch the skin material at an edge part of a resin core material when an upper and a lower mold for press molding are engaged with each other. CONSTITUTION:In order to obtain the automobile upholsteries, a skin material 12 is set within an upper and a lower mold 30, 40 for press molding, and the molds 30, 40 are engaged and clamped together after a half-molten resin as a material for a resin core material 11 is distributed and supplied onto the lower mold 30, so that the resin core material 11 is integrally molded with the skin material 12. When a terminal of the skin material is to be processed, a peripheral terminal part of the skin material 12 is temporarily hooked to a slide member 50 which is set a the lower face of the edge of the upper mold 40 and is movable back and forth while being inclined upward to the central part, of the mold 40. Women the molds 30, 40 are engaged with each other, the slide member 50 is adapted to slide slantwise upward, thereby to catch the skin material 12 at a terminal end 11a of the resin core material 11. |
