PURPOSE:To automate the welding work as well as to eliminate a clearance of the welding composition surface of a door body for high-frequency heating device. CONSTITUTION:A welding member 18 is held down by a clamping means 23, and laser beams are radiated intermittently in a specific interval while a lens is moved continuously without stopping, as well as the laser beams are radiated to permeation holes 24 provided to the clamping device 23. Since the adhesion of the composition surface is good and the lens moves continuously without stopping, the welding speed can be increased. And the area surrounding the welding position is held down by the permeation holes of the clamping means 23, so as to increase the reliability of welding. And the composition surface needs no projection, the clearance of the composition surface is hardly generated, the welding speed is increased, and the welding work can be automated easily. |
