PURPOSE:To automatically inspect whether the color and size of a mark which is coated on a pulley is proper or not. CONSTITUTION:A pulley 1 where a plurality of marks with different colors are coated is shot by a color camera 23 of a shooting device 20. The color camera outputs three types of color signals R, G, and B. An image processing device 32 of a control panel 30 processes the color signals R, G, and B individually to judge the color and size of the marks. Further, the position and spacing pitch of an instrumentation area formed in a screen obtained by the image processing device 32 are compensated. |
