PURPOSE:To prevent a molded body from generating flashes, by a method wherein at the time of continuous molding of a foam curable resin molded body, end parts of a longitudinal direction of four endless belts are made movable to each other to the inside of the other belt, a molding passage is formed slidably and a sealing member is provided in the longitudinal direction on a molding passage surface side of the end part of the one side. CONSTITUTION:A molding passage into which raw materials such as foam curable resin solution is filled is formed of four endless belts 2-5 by surrounding by those and end parts 2a-5a of a longitudinal direction of the belts 2-5 are arranged movably toward the insides of the belts 3, 4, 5, 2. Then at least three out of them are made movable and a sectional form of the molding passage is made controllable freely. An elastic members 6 are arranged on the end parts 2a-5a of the belts 2-5 each along the longitudinal direction. The elastic members 6 are pressed against the tops of the other belts 3, 4, 5, 2, filled into gaps between the belts and can prevent generation of flashes. |
