PURPOSE: To more simply mount a propulsion unit at a boat by retaining a yoke on an inner surface of a transom, and retaining to hold an area of a frame member of an outside of the transom on an opposed external surface of the transom. CONSTITUTION: A frame member 5 is mounted at an outside of a ransom of the boat, and a seal 11 surrounds an edge of an opening 12 of a transom 4 to seal the edge. A profile 5 has a T-shaped slot 13, in which a plurality of screws 14 disposed uniformly and projected and each having a head adapted to a shape of the slot 13. The each screw 14 is extended through an opening of the yoke 15 of U-shape, urged to the edge of the opening 13 by a nut 16 to clamp one leg 15a of the yoke. The other leg 15b of the yoke is extended into a shallow slot 17a of a covering 17, and the ring is formed in one visual field of U-shaped groove 18 for storing the ring 19 of a flexible material. |
