PURPOSE:To obtain an alarm clock which can make its user to pleasantly awake in a preset rising time zone. CONSTITUTION:The clock utilizes the variation of human's heart rate as a rising reminding means. The rising reminding means is constituted of a piezo-electric sheet 1 which detects heart beats, filter which selects a heart beat pulse, heart beat interval measurement circuit 3, arithmetic and discriminating device 4 which calculates the interval of heart beats at regular time intervals and discriminates suitable awaking time, timer which sets a proposed rising time zone, control circuit 6 which outputs a rising reminding signal, and buzzer 7. |
