<p>A frame or member for carrying objects is able to be suspended on cycle or ski racks of the kind which comprises in particular in V-shape arranged and at the acute area hereof through a spacing and connecting link means mutually pivotally arranged branches, between them including holding members for gripping of a supporting means, such as a caravan ball hitch at the rear of a vehicle; the in V-shaped arranged branches (5A, 5B) are held in position through at least at one side of a toggle-joint (4) in parallel arranged link branches (3A, 3B). The frame for being detachably held in place hereto comprises a crossbeam and at least one substantially S-shaped hook-on member (2A, 2B) able to grip over and beneath respectively one of the two parallel link branches (3A, 3B). The S-shaped curvature not being larger than, when at least one of the S-shaped members (2A, 2B) is just less than stuck in place for holding, such resiliency is provided that, when fully stuck-in-place and loaded as foreseen, an unwanted displacing not occurs. Securedly held and burglarproof embodiments are described.</p> |
