PURPOSE:To ensure acceleration in a region of ending traction control without worsening vehicle stability, in an integrated control device for traction and differential limit torque applied to a vehicle of mounting both a traction control system and a differential limit torque control system by controlling a throttle valve opened/closed. CONSTITUTION:The first constitution provides the first integrated control means (d) in which control is prevented from easily advancing into the throttle control in a side of a traction control system (b) in accordance with increasing differential limit torque given in a side of a differential limit torque control system (c). The second constitution provides the second integrated control means (f) in which a traction control share by a throttle control means (a) in a side of the traction control system (b) is lowered in accordance with increasing the differential limit torque given in the side of the differential limit torque control system (c), to increase a traction control share by the separate second traction control means (e).
