PURPOSE:To arouse an interest or caution by providing a coloration variable member with which the color of the reflected light of external light is visually recognized at the time of putting out of a light source and the color of the transmitted light arising from this light is visually recognized at the time of lighting the light source, by which the observable colors are made into heterogeneous systems. CONSTITUTION:The coloration variable member Ml is constituted by applying a coloration variable coating film 2 on the surface of a base plate 3 having light transparency on the side (visual point 6) opposite from the surface facing the light source 1. The external light S is divided to the light entering the inside of a casing 5 and the light reflected to the visual point 6 side by transmitting the pearl pigments incorporated into the coloration variable coating film 2 at the time of putting out the light source 1. On the other hand, the light L from the light source 1 is divided to the light from the pearl pigments, the light transmitted therethrough and the light transmitted through the spacing therebetween at the time of lighting the light source. Namely, the reflected light of the external light eventually enters the eyes even at the time of the lighting but only the reflected light is visually recognized at the time of the lighting and only the transmitted light is visually recognized at the time of the putting out by setting the light intensity of the reflected light higher than the light intensity of the external light to some extent. |
