PURPOSE:To provide a temp. detector capable of detecting the temp. of a disk cartridge even in the case of a disk driving system in which the cartridge does not move up and down when it is inserted in a loading mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A temp. detecting sensor 300 is incorporated into one among the cartridge pressing spring parts 31-34 of a cartridge holder 28, the temp. of a disk cartridge 101 is detected and the power of laser is controlled at the time of recording. |
