<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image recorder capable of accurately performing a multilevel display even in the case of increasing the number of levels at low cost. CONSTITUTION:An image processor 102 with a built-in transfer means 104 for selecting upper 3 bits and lower 3 bits out of image data in order and transferring them to an LCD 6 is connected with a frame memory 101 where image data on 6 bits levels with reference to respective R, G and B is stored. The gradation of the LCD 6 is controlled by an LCD driver 103 in accordance with respective pieces of image information with reference to the upper 3 bits and the lower 3 bits selected by the transfer means 104. And also, the maximum exposure time in respective bit ranges with reference to the upper 3 bits and the lower 3 bits is set by an exposure control means 105, and then, a halogen lamp 3 is lighted.</p> |
