PURPOSE:To produce the captioned blade which will not cause cracking and peeling and has superior thermal barrier effect by depositing the Ni-plated layer co-deposited with ceramic powder on the surface of turbine blade blank and spraying ceramics thereon. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the gas tubine blade bland 1 composed of superalloy of Ni- or Co-base or the like is degreased, pickled and rinsed, after which it is put in the Ni plating bath containing ceramic powder of Al2O3, ZrO2, TiO2, etc. to apply Ni plating, whereby the Ni-plated layer 2 co-deposited with ceramic powder 3 is formed on the blank 1 surface. After the plating, the surface is rounghened by blasting, thence a ceramic layer 4 is formed on the Ni-plated layer 2 surface by a spraying method. |
