PURPOSE:To enable effective cleaning of the inside of a pipe in an apparatus for cleaning pipes used for water and sewage facilities by installing a high- pressure water pipe connected to a high pressure pump in a water pipe, from which the main body of a cleaning machine is suspended to support it, connecting a joint to the high-pressure water pipe to receive high pressure water, and ejecting water from a nozzle attached to an expansion arm. CONSTITUTION:A pressure piping 6 for supplying water is installed in a pipe for water and sewage and connected with a high pressure pump. On the under part of the outer surface of the pipe 6, a rail-side joint 8 is installed. The opening of the joint 8 is always kept closed by energizing a closing plate 8b by a spring 8. A flat plate 6a is installed at both sides of the periphery of the pipe 6 in the axial direction to support the main body 1 of a cleaning machine through a roller 11 to be able to move freely. The main body 1 of the cleaning machine is equipped with a joint 7, which opens the closing plate 8b of the rail-side joint 8 and engages it, an expansion arm 2, and a cleaning nozzle 4 to receive cleaning water through a joint 7, so that cleaning water is ejected from the nozzle 4 for cleaning. |
