<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize electrostatic charging characteristic and to maintain excellent image characteristic even after the running of many sheets as for a back exposing recording system image forming method in which a situation that carrier is electrostatically charged to excessively attract toner is prevented, the conductivity of developer is stable over a long term and the life of the carrier is prolonged. CONSTITUTION:The developer is composed by combining insulating magnetic toner with conductive magnetic resin carrier which has two-layer structure where conductive particulates are stuck to the surface of a carrier core obtained by dispersing and carrying magnetic substance particulates in binder resin and having <=109.OMEGA cm resistance, and whose resistance is <=10<5>.OMEGAcm. Charge is injected in the surface of a photosensitive body 21 through the developer by a developing bias power source 39 to electrostatically charge the photosensitive body 21, and development is performed simultaneously with back exposure performed by an LED array 41, thereby forming a toner image 75.</p> |
