The fixing device uses a holding element (11) between two electrical units which are adjustable relative to one another in the direction of the optical axis. The holding element has an axial mounting aperture (12) for the flexible circuit plate, which is held by a deformable fixing element (23) around which the circuit plate is folded before its insertion in the mounting aperture. The folded part of the circuit plate is perpendicular to the relative movement between the two electrical units. Pref. one electrical unit comprises an autofocus and automatic exposure timing device, the flexible circuit plate coupled to it at one end.
