<p>PURPOSE:To cut a stroke out of a stroke symbol and holding the node area of the remaining stroke. CONSTITUTION:When a main body area is actually cut out of a current stroke, the cutting process is performed with a cutting matrix defined by the background registration in a composition registration table. A cutting matrix 37U cuts the main body area and a cutting matrix 37L cuts a main body area. The cutting matrixes of the respective main body areas are rectangular having left and right vertical ends 37E and 37I and upper and lower horizontal ends 37F and 37C. The left and right vertical ends consists of pixel arrays adjacent to vertical border segments corresponding to white background registration segments 36U and 36L in a composition table. For the 1st and final registration of the respective background segments, the vertexes of the rectangular cutting matrixes are determined. The lower horizontal ends 37F and upper horizontal ends 37C of the respective cutting matrixes are formed as horizontal lines between corresponding vertex pixels between the left and right ends. In the cutting process, all pixels in the cutting matrixes are removed.</p> |
